I actually buy my sweet potato fries. But when it comes to sweet potatoes, I usually quarter them, boil, then lightly pan fry them. Next time I'm going to opt for baking. I like when my cooked potatoes have a nice soft inside, while the outside is either thick or slightly crispy.
